How to Buy NECO Token Online to Check SSCE, BECE & NECO Results

Hello Readers, In the article, I will show you the easiest step to buy NECO Token online without stress. This token can be used in place of result-checking scratch cards. Below are the steps on how to register, login, make payments and check your result without any mistake.

The National Examinations Council (NECO) in 2019 introduced a new Results online system that offers a convenient way to check all NECO examination results. Once results are released, it will be made available via NECO Results system (www.result.neco.gov.ng)

Candidates can check their SSCE, BECE, and NCEE results by purchasing the tokens, which can also be shared with candidates, parents, schools, organizations, or any person who wished to view the candidate’s results. Below are the steps on how to purchase the token yourself, you need to have an account on the NECO portal, and a DEBIT (ATM) card that accepts online transactions.

STEP 1: Register on NECO Results Online System.

• Go to result.neco.gov.ng/register.
• Supply the required data in the appropriate columns and click on register (as indicated in the image above).
• NECO will send an Activation Email to your registered email address. The mail will come from noreply with the title NECO RESULTS PLATFORM.
• Open your email and click verify button or the link below it.

STEP 2: Purchase Token.

• Your account will be activated, click on the login
• Enter your Email Address/Phone number and your password in the required columns.
• Then click on the Login button.
• Locate and click on Purchase Token (NB: Each token can be used with only one result for a specific number of views)
• Enter the number of token you need and click on Pay now button.
• Now click on Proceed to pay button to pay for the token on REMITA platform using bank or card. (NB: Remitta has its own different charge. As at the time of updating the page, if you are buying one token, then you will pay apprm N800).
• You will be redirected to check your result.
